Waco's City Council District 5 is the largest District in Waco by area.  It surrounds Lake Waco and includes neighborhoods along Lake Shore Drive, Fish Pond Road, West Highway 84, and the China Spring Highway.  District 5 also includes 4 different Independent School Districts [Waco, Midway, China Spring, and Bosqueville], the Waco Regional Airport, and many great churches and neighborhoods.
